Infrastructure

Includes the construction of new roads, the reconstruction of existing roads, and additional roadway improvements. This will include new traffic signals, modifications to existing traffic signals and all associated streetscape and landscaping. In addition to road work, new dry and wet utilities will be installed to serve the future development sites and a new retaining wall will be constructed along the adjacent Metra tracks.
